The client is seeking a professional to develop a high-converting landing page for a dental clinic. The main objective is to convert paid traffic from platforms like Meta and Google Ads into appointments for patients interested in implants, orthodontics, or facial harmonization in a specific city/state. The project involves designing the user interface (UI) in Figma for desktop and mobile, followed by responsive development with a mobile-first approach. The landing page should include a lead capture form and a floating WhatsApp button. It will be necessary to configure and test the Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion events. The professional will also be responsible for basic on-page SEO and speed optimization, as well as publishing the website on the domain and hosting provided by the client. The landing page sections will include: a Hero with a Call to Action (CTA), patient pain points, treatments offered, clinic differentiators, a before-and-after gallery, patient testimonials, information about the responsible dentist (with visible CRO), a frequently asked questions section (addressing pain, price, payment plans, and insurance plans), location, and a final CTA. Preferred development technologies include WordPress with Elementor, HTML+CSS+JS, Next.js, or Webflow; other recommendations are welcome with justification. The client will provide the logo, photos, and base text; copywriting can be quoted separately. Important requirements include a portfolio of high-conversion landing pages (with a focus on the healthcare sector), mastery of mobile-first design and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices, and knowledge of CFO/CRO advertising rules (Resolution 196/2019), which prohibit promises of specific results and prominent pricing, and require visibility of the CRO. Communication must be in Portuguese. Deliverables consist of editable Figma files, a published and functional website, the necessary source code or access credentials, validated conversion tracking, and 7 days of post-delivery support. The completion deadline is 15 days after layout approval. Payment will be split as follows: 30% upfront, 40% upon design approval, and 30% upon website publication.
