I need a full engineering design for a paper machine dedicated to packaging-grade paper that can reliably deliver more than 50 tons of finished product every day. The work covers the complete machine train—from stock preparation through drying and reel-up—so the final package lets me move straight into procurement and construction once approved.

Please base the concept on proven technologies for high-bulk, high-strength liner and medium, but optimise energy use, furnish flexibility and water recovery so the mill remains competitive. Existing utilities on site are limited, so power, steam and water balances must be part of the study.

Deliverables
• Process flow diagram and mass/energy balances
• Section-by-section mechanical design with sizing, materials and key tolerances
• General arrangement drawings, civil load data and foundation points
• Lists of critical equipment and recommended suppliers (headbox, forming, press, dryer, calender, winder)
• Utility consumption estimates and emission points for permitting
• Start-up curve and production ramp-up plan

Acceptance criteria
1. Design supports ≥50 t/day of packaging paper at 120–250 gsm.
2. All sections integrate for 24/7 operation with max 3 % broke.
3. Drawings provided in native CAD plus PDF.
4. Calculations supplied in editable spreadsheets.
