Hibike Euphonium-Style Band Portraits

I will provide clear reference photos for twelve separate images—flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone, trumpet, horn, trombone, euphonium/tuba, double bass, percussion, and our conductor—and I’d like each one redrawn in the warm, expressive look of Hibike Euphonium. Aim for moderate detail: clean line work, thoughtful shading, and enough texture to feel polished without pushing into hyper-realism. We definitely want any musical instruments drawn to be more high detail.

The artwork needs to arrive as individual PNG files with a transparent or plain white background so I can drop them straight into programmes, posters, and social media assets. A quick approval of one sample sketch first, then the remaining pieces in small batches, will help us stay on the same page.

Deliverables for each illustration
• Final coloured PNG, 300 dpi, ~3000 px longest edge
• Layered source file (PSD or Clip Studio) for minor in-house tweaks

This attached image is what we're hoping it to look like, but without any text. Unlike this image, our players are of varying ages and won't be wearing school uniforms.
