Hi-Rez Manhattan Drone Footage

I need crisp, high-resolution drone video of a five-storey building in Manhattan, with special attention paid to its façade and windows. Close-ups, tracking shots, and smooth reveal angles that clearly showcase masonry, trim, and glazing details are the priority. Shots of the roof, skylights, balconies, or terraces are not essential, but if you can safely capture them while on site I’m open to extra takes.

Please deliver the material as uncompressed, colour-correctable RAW footage only—no edits, titles, or music. A simple folder structure and a brief shot log will be enough for me to take it from there.

Because we are filming in New York City airspace, I’ll need you (or your pilot) to hold a current FAA Part 107 certificate, carry liability insurance, and handle all NYPD, FAA, or film-office notifications/waivers. If you already have standing permits, let me know.
