HeyGen Course Video Revamp

I have a 32-lesson educational series that was created in HeyGen using my custom avatar and voice model. The visual identity is in place; what I now need is a skilled video editor who can take the existing files, line them up perfectly with the revised scripts, and smooth out any bumps in quality and consistency along the way.

The single biggest priority is script alignment—especially throughout the key concept sections—so that every word on screen matches the narrative flow I have already written. Additionally, attention to detail is critical to ensure there are no AI-generated errors like misspellings, and that graphs or images appear polished and professional. While visual polish and presentation consistency are also welcome, they come second to making sure the content says exactly what it should.

You will receive:
• Access to my HeyGen account for direct editing of videos
• The updated scripts, clearly marked for each lesson
• Brand guidelines covering colours, lower thirds, and transition style already in use

Deliverables I expect back:
• A fully updated version of each video, exported in the original resolution and format
• Clean, synchronous audio that follows my established voice track without drift
• Finished files organised and labelled so I can upload them straight into my LMS

Please share a brief note on your relevant experience with HeyGen or similar avatar-based editing workflows, including any examples that highlight tight script-to-screen alignment. If you have suggestions for a more efficient revision/milestone approach, feel free to outline them. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right editor.
