I need a licensed Architecte du Patrimoine – or a senior architect who routinely files dossiers with the DRAC – to take charge of the diagnostic architectural et programme de restauration section of our grant application (subvention de 20 % / Monument Historique Inscrit).

The building is the Château de la Bourdonnaye, a late-19th-century Neo-Renaissance residence in Carentoir, Morbihan, officially listed as a Monument Historique. The objective is a thorough, DRAC-compliant diagnostic that identifies pathologies, prioritises interventions and lays the groundwork for budgets, phasing and eventual notices techniques.

What I expect from you
• A site visit and archival review, followed by a complete état sanitaire of roofs, façades, structures and decorative fabric.
• A written programme de restauration detailing recommended works, technical choices and estimated costs, formatted exactly as required by the DRAC/SDAP for a dossier technique.
• Any sketches, CAD plans, photo plates or histograms needed to support the file, delivered in PDF and original formats (AutoCAD/Revit/ArchiCAD or compatible).

Acceptance criteria
• The diagnostic and programme must be ready for direct insertion into the DRAC application with no additional rewriting.
• All terminology and metric estimations must follow current “Référentiel Monuments Historiques” guidelines.
• Your name and numéro d’habilitation must appear so the dossier can be co-signed with the owner and submitted under your seal.

If you already pilot similar dossiers for châteaux or chapelles inscrites in Brittany or elsewhere in France and can start quickly, I look forward to collaborating.
