Help Refine Existing Project

I already have a working asset, but it needs noticeable improvement. My goal is to fix issues that have crept in over time and polish the overall experience so it runs smoothly, looks current, and meets today’s standards.

Here’s what I need:
• A careful review to spot weaknesses, outdated elements, or performance bottlenecks.
• Clear recommendations on what should change, ranked by impact and effort.
• Hands-on implementation of those approved fixes—whether that involves code refactoring, layout tweaks, content cleanup, or workflow adjustments.
• A brief hand-off report summarising changes and outlining next steps I can take on my own.

I’m open to whether the underlying item is a website, mobile app, software module, or another digital deliverable; the important thing is that it functions better than it does today. If you have a proven track record of breathing new life into existing projects and can communicate improvements in plain language, I’d love to collaborate.
