Hello Ivo - paid animation test (about 17 seconds)

Paid test for the Hello Ivo animated English-learning series.

Task: using the reference images I provide, build a simple rig of two child characters, Ivo and Alvin, and animate about 17 seconds of a classroom scene to the audio I provide. Include natural lip-sync, clear expressions, and one physical gag: Ivo squeezes into a small desk, his knees hit it, and the desk lifts off the floor. Ivo must always look clearly taller than Alvin, with a young child's face on a tall body. Please draw the desk as a separate object that can move.

Style: flat 2D cartoon puppets with bold outlines and solid colors, built from reusable rigged characters.

Timeline: 5 days from when the test files are shared.

Deliverables: a 1080p video (16:9, no music), the working project file and rig files (for Adobe Character Animator, the .chproj project, the layered Photoshop or Illustrator source files, and any After Effects project used), and a short note stating the software used and the hours the test took.

Ownership and assets: the deliverables include the final video, the rig files, all character and prop artwork, and the working project files. Please disclose any stock or third-party assets you use. All work created for this test is owned by the client, and all copyright and other rights are assigned to the client. The characters may not be reused or shared. The freelancer agrees to keep the test files, characters, and story confidential.

The rigs created for this test may be reused in the full project.
