Project Overview

We are a training organisation serving international students, currently ~100 students and growing toward 500. We need a custom-built management system that works for UK-based parents and teachers — not a China-only WeChat mini-program. The system must be usable without requiring WeChat, and must support UK phone numbers and English interfaces.

We are open to the technical approach (H5/PWA web app preferred; WeChat mini-program only if it genuinely supports UK users without forcing WeChat dependency). Please state your recommended approach in your proposal.

Core Requirements

User scale: Designed for 100 students now, must perform reliably at 500 students.

English UI: Full English interface for admin backend, teacher side, and parent/student side. Not machine-translated menus — core flows must be accurately localised.

Login without WeChat: Teachers and parents must be able to log in via UK mobile number (+44) + verification code and/or email + password. No mandatory WeChat binding.

Teacher management: Admin can manage teachers — scheduling, teaching permissions, lesson-hour statistics, and payroll/hour calculation.

Parent/student privacy: Students must NOT see teachers' personal WeChat IDs or phone numbers. All communication should go through in-platform messaging or a central admin contact. Private messaging between students and teachers should be disableable.

Zoom integration: Native Zoom integration — auto-create meeting on scheduling, push link to teacher and student, auto-update/cancel meeting on reschedule, and optionally link Zoom attendance to class attendance and lesson-hour deduction.

Academic functions: Attendance, leave requests, class reminders, homework assignment and submission, messaging, course booking, timetable management, recorded video content management.

Role separation: Admin backend for deep operations; teacher and parent views optimised for quick mobile access.

Deliverables

Working system deployed and tested with UK phone numbers and English UI.

Admin, teacher, and parent/student roles functional.

Zoom integration demonstrated end-to-end (schedule → auto meeting → reschedule → link update).

Basic documentation for admin use.
