Hearth Provider Onboarding – ₹200 per Successful Activation

Hearth is a zero-commission travel platform where local providers can publish listings and connect directly with travellers. Providers pay only for subscription-based services; Hearth does not charge commission on their bookings.

Project Overview

We are running a pilot to onboard tourism providers across Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, particularly in popular tourist destinations.

We will provide verified business leads through Google Sheets. Your role will be to contact the providers, explain Hearth’s features and subscription model, and guide interested providers through the complete onboarding process.

Responsibilities

* Call and follow up with the leads provided by Hearth.
* Explain Hearth’s zero-commission model, features and subscription plans.
* Help providers register their accounts.
* Guide them through offline Aadhaar eKYC identity verification.
* Assist them in creating a complete and accurate listing.
* Help them upload the required information and photographs.
* Coordinate any corrections requested during Hearth’s internal review.
* Help the provider publish the approved listing and complete the applicable subscription step.
* Maintain accurate lead and onboarding status in the provided Google Sheet.

Hearth’s internal team will make the final decision regarding listing approval. You will not be responsible for independently approving listings.

Payment

Payment is ₹200 for every successful provider activation.

A successful activation means:

1. The provider was contacted from a lead supplied by Hearth.
2. The provider completed account registration and identity verification.
3. A complete listing was submitted with the required information and photographs.
4. Any requested corrections were completed.
5. Hearth’s internal team approved the listing.
6. The listing was successfully published.
7. The provider completed the applicable subscription step.

Payments will be released through Freelancer milestones in batches, such as:

* 10 successful activations: ₹2,000
* 15 successful activations: ₹3,000
* 20 successful activations: ₹4,000

Duplicate, incomplete, rejected or unpublished listings will not qualify as successful activations.

Who Should Apply

This project is suitable for freelancers with experience in:

* Telecalling or telesales
* Business development
* Customer onboarding
* Travel, hospitality or local business outreach
* Hindi and English communication
* Google Sheets and online portals

Knowledge of Uttarakhand or Himachal Pradesh and the ability to communicate in relevant regional languages would be an advantage.

This is a performance-based freelance project, not a fixed-salary position. Leads, onboarding instructions, product information and basic training will be provided by Hearth.

Freelancers who perform consistently during the pilot may be considered for additional ongoing projects with Hearth.

1. Your telecalling, sales or onboarding experience.
2. The languages you speak.
3. Whether you have worked with hotels, homestays, restaurants, tour operators or other local businesses.
4. Approximately how many calls you can make per day.
5. Whether you are comfortable working on a performance-based payment of ₹200 per successful activation.
