Healthcare Solutions Architect for Value-Based Care Technology Platform

We are Vantis Health, building a value-based care organization focused on high-risk and medically complex populations. We need an experienced Healthcare Solutions Architect to design the technical foundation of our centralized technology platform, the Vantis Operating System (VOS). This platform will integrate clinical, care-management, population-health, payer, financial, quality, and operational data into a unified environment.

The architect will design a secure, scalable platform capable of supporting 5,000 members initially and scaling to 50,000+ members. Key responsibilities include designing Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, healthcare data integration architecture (FHIR/HL7/API), centralized healthcare data architecture (Member 360), and HIPAA-conscious security systems. The role also involves producing detailed architecture documentation and guiding future developers.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in healthcare software architecture
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise application architecture
- Deep knowledge of FHIR/HL7 standards and healthcare interoperability
- Background in EHR integrations, relational database architecture, cloud security, and API frameworks
- Familiarity with value-based care models is highly desirable
