I want a reliable list of healthcare-focused businesses—primarily clinics and hospitals—along with clear, up-to-date notes on the specific services each facility offers. No phone numbers or head-count figures are required; the only data point I’m interested in is an accurate description of their service lines (for example, urgent care, cardiology, imaging, telehealth, etc.).

You may gather the information through web research, LinkedIn company pages, official hospital websites, industry directories, or other verifiable public sources. Please record every entry in a Google Sheet or Excel file and include the direct URL you used so I can trace the information quickly if needed.

I’ll review on three simple acceptance criteria:
• Service descriptions are precise and written exactly as stated by the facility.
• Each row includes a working source link.
• No obvious duplicates.
