I need a series of clear, actionable how-to articles that help readers make smarter day-to-day choices around nutrition. Each post will sit within my new Health and Wellness blog, so the tone should be friendly, evidence-informed, and practical enough for beginners yet detailed enough to satisfy seasoned wellness enthusiasts.
Scope of work
• Research and write step-by-step guides on Nutrition—think meal-planning strategies, balanced macro breakdowns, grocery-shopping tips, and simple recipes that illustrate the advice.
• Integrate reputable sources or studies where relevant and cite them naturally in the text.
• Craft engaging headlines, concise introductions, logical subheadings, and scannable formatting (short paragraphs, occasional bullet lists).
• Optimize flow and readability; basic SEO knowledge is a plus, but keyword stuffing is not.
Deliverable
One polished, ready-to-publish blog post per assignment (1,000–1,200 words in Google Docs or Word), delivered with a short meta description and two suggested royalty-free images.
Acceptance criteria
– Advice is practical, actionable, and evidence-based.
– Content is original and passes plagiarism checks.
– Tone is empowering and supportive, never judgmental.
– Formatting follows standard web best practices (H2/H3 structure, bold for emphasis where useful).
If this first piece meets the standard, additional nutrition-focused how-to articles will follow.
