Health Insurance Claim Processing

I need a seasoned mediclaim professional to take over end-to-end processing of health insurance claims for my clients. Your day will revolve around verifying documents, entering claim data into the insurer/TPA portal, following up on missing information with hospitals or policyholders, and pushing each file through to final settlement as quickly and accurately as possible.

Because this work directly affects cash flow and customer satisfaction, I’m looking for someone who can point to solid, hands-on experience handling similar claim volumes and navigating common roadblocks such as coding errors, pre-authorisation delays, and partial approvals. Please highlight the years you’ve spent in claim processing, the systems or portals you’ve mastered (e.g. MediAssist, FHPL, Raksha, or any insurer-specific platforms), and your average turnaround time per claim.

Deliverables I expect:
• Fully processed health insurance claims, ready for insurer approval
• A brief daily tracker summarising status, pending items, and next actions
• Prompt escalation notes whenever a claim risks breaching turnaround targets
