Health Equity AI Cartoon Video

I’m producing a short, animated explainer to launch a new health-equity initiative and need an AI-generated cartoon spokesperson to carry the message. The character must look friendly and professional, yet still feel warm, community-focused, youthful, and fun.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A custom-designed cartoon character created with AI tools (e.g., Adobe Character Animator, Blender with AI plugins, or similar) that fits the visual branding I’ll supply.
• A one-minute video where the character speaks clearly about the initiative. The narration should resonate with patients, community members, healthcare workers, organizations, and doctors alike.
• A tone that invites viewers to learn more, share the message, and take part in our upcoming community health programs.

I’ll send you the project overview and key talking points as soon as we start. If this first video captures the spirit of the initiative, I’ll commission additional episodes to accompany the rest of my articles, so long-term collaboration is definitely on the table.

Deliverables
1. Final 60–90 second HD video (mp4) with clean audio.
2. Source files for both the character and animation.
3. Two thumbnail stills for social sharing.
4. make sure the character’s name is HELI
I’m ready to move quickly—show me your portfolio of similar AI or cartoon explainer work and let’s get started.
