Health Data Trend Analysis Report

I have several years of national and regional statistics covering disease incidence, mortality, and vaccination coverage. My priority is to have these numbers rigorously analyzed and turned into a clear, evidence-based narrative that highlights how the indicators have evolved over time.

You will receive the raw data in CSV format along with a short data dictionary. I want you to:

• Clean and structure the dataset so any missing or inconsistent values are transparently handled.
• Apply appropriate time-series or longitudinal methods in R, Python (pandas/statsmodels), Stata, or a comparable tool of your choice; feel free to recommend the best approach.
• Create intuitive visuals—line graphs, heat maps, or dashboards—that make the trends immediately understandable to a non-technical audience.
• Write a concise report (10–15 pages) that explains the statistical methods, presents key findings, and discusses their implications for public health planning.

Acceptance criteria
• Reproducible code notebook/scripts with comments.
• Cleaned dataset ready for future updates.
• High-resolution figures embedded in the report and supplied separately (PNG/SVG).
• Executive summary (≈1 page) highlighting headline trends and their significance.
