I am fitting out a 5,200 sq ft unit that will operate as a clinic and I need a complete drawing package that the local health authority can approve without revisions. The scope begins with the architectural layout—every wall, door, and piece of furniture must be shown exactly as the authority requires—then moves straight into the full MEP design.

First, I need the submission set that secures the clinic licence: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, furniture layout, and any other sheets the authority checklist demands. Once that approval is in hand, we will move to the coordinated MEP package covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and the related ceiling modifications. All work has to follow the local health authority standards; familiarity with their usual comments and red-line habits is a definite advantage.

To keep expectations clear, here’s what I will consider a complete job:
• Health-authority-ready architectural drawings with furniture legend
• Coordinated HVAC, plumbing, electrical and ceiling drawings sized for construction
• Source files (AutoCAD or Revit) plus PDFs ready for stamping and submission
• One revision round after authority feedback

If you have recent clinic projects that sailed through approval, I would like to see them. Let’s get this space certified and ready for fit-out.
