Designer, Health AI Conference Marketing Campaign
Full-time | 5-week engagement | Flat fee: $5,000 CAD
About the Campaign
Aurelius is hiring for a fixed-term marketing campaign built around a two-day health AI industry
conference. The campaign runs on a compressed, one-month timeline with a daily content publishing schedule, and the engagement is priced as a flat fee for the full month rather than an hourly rate. This role owns the full visual output of the campaign: sponsorship materials and a high volume of ongoing social content.
What You'll Own
• Design of the sponsorship deck: the primary sales asset used to close new sponsors across
defined dollar tiers, built to read as credible to institutional and enterprise buyers.
• Sponsorship collateral beyond the deck, including a one-page ROI sheet and an activation menu,
consistent with the deck's design system.
• A high volume of graphic content across the campaign, including single-image social graphics,
carousels, speaker spotlights, quote and insight graphics, and track and agenda explainers,
delivered on a rolling schedule across the engagement.
• On-call design support across every social touchpoint for the duration of the campaign: quick
turnarounds, last-minute asset requests, and in-flight adjustments as content goes out daily.
• A reusable template system built early in the engagement so graphic volume can scale without
every piece being built from scratch.
Core Deliverables
• 1 completed sponsorship deck.
• A sponsorship collateral set: ROI sheet, activation menu, and related materials.
• A high volume of graphic pieces, including carousels, delivered on a rolling schedule across the
engagement.
• Ongoing on-call design support for social content as it is scheduled and published.
Required Experience
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory for this application. A CV or resume alone is not sufficient and submissions without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
• Has designed for at least one conference or event marketing campaign, ideally including sponsor
decks or sponsor-facing collateral.
• Has produced high-volume social graphic content inside a compressed timeline, not just occasional one-off assets.
• Has built a sponsor-facing deck that reads as credible to enterprise or institutional buyers, not just
visually polished.
• Comfortable working from templates to sustain volume and speed without sacrificing quality.
Essential Qualities
• Ownership: treats the sponsorship deck and every graphic as something they are personally
accountable for shipping correctly and on time.
• Punctuality: delivers assets on the schedule the daily content cadence needs, without slippage.
• Quick, regular communication: flags unclear direction, missing brand assets, or scheduling conflicts immediately.
• Problem-solving mindset: adapts fast when speaker or program information changes late in the
campaign.
• Resourcefulness: sustains high output from thin existing brand assets and incomplete input for the full engagement.
