Campaign Manager, Health AI Conference Marketing Campaign
4-week engagement | Flat fee: $3,500 CAD
About the Campaign
Aurelius is hiring for a fixed-term marketing campaign built around a two-day health AI industry
conference. The campaign runs on a compressed, one-month timeline with a daily content publishing schedule, and the engagement is priced as a flat fee for the full month rather than an hourly rate. This role owns whether the daily publishing cadence, and the campaign's overall outcome, actually holds.
What You'll Own
• Daily publishing of 3 videos and 3 to 4 static or carousel pieces every day for the duration of the
campaign: reviewing, finalizing captions, scheduling, and posting across every active channel.
• Coordination with the designer and video editor to keep their output flowing into the daily schedule
without gaps or backlogs.
• Full accountability for whether the campaign moves in the right direction and hits its outcomes, not just whether individual tasks got done.
• Regular, proactive communication with all stakeholders: status updates, flagged risks, and honest
reporting on progress against targets.
• Day-to-day problem-solving when content, approvals, or platform issues threaten the daily
publishing schedule.
Core Deliverables
• A daily publishing record: 3 videos and 3 to 4 static or carousel pieces published every day across
the engagement.
• A regular stakeholder update covering campaign status, risks, and progress against targets.
• A functioning coordination process between the designer and video editor that prevents daily
content gaps.
Required Experience
• Has run day-to-day publishing operations for at least one event or conference marketing campaign
with a daily or near-daily content cadence.
• Has managed a small creative team (design and video) simultaneously and kept both feeding a
single publishing schedule.
• Comfortable owning outcomes and reporting honestly on progress, including when a campaign is
behind, rather than only reporting good news.
• Experience with scheduling and publishing tools across major social platforms.
Essential Qualities
• Ownership: takes full accountability for the campaign's delivery and outcomes, not just for the tasks
explicitly assigned to them.
• Punctuality: hits the daily publishing cadence and every stakeholder update without reminders.
• Quick, regular communication: surfaces problems the day they appear and keeps every stakeholder aligned in real time.
• Problem-solving mindset: keeps the daily schedule intact when content, approvals, or access
issues threaten to break it.
• Resourcefulness: keeps the campaign moving and on-message even when information, assets, or
access are incomplete.
