I’m rebuilding my site in Next.js and I want WordPress to sit quietly in the background as a pure content engine. The goal is to let non-technical editors add or update pages, blog posts, and reusable sections (think hero banners, FAQs, footers, etc.) from the WordPress admin and have those changes appear on the public Next.js site the moment they hit “Publish.” No manual deploys, no scheduled jobs—just instant propagation.

Here’s what I need you to deliver:

• Configure WordPress for a headless setup, creating the custom post types or flexible content fields required for those reusable sections. I’m happy with WPGraphQL, the REST API, or another proven approach as long as it’s well-documented and future-proof.

• Wire up my existing (or fresh) Next.js codebase so it pulls everything from WordPress, handles real-time updates, and falls back gracefully if the API is unreachable.

• Add live preview support so editors can see their work in context before publishing.

• Provide a clear hand-off: environment variables, build commands, and a short README so I can replicate the setup on staging and production without guesswork.

Please send your work samples so we can make sure that you have experience on similar projects.

Thanks
