We are looking for a headhunter to identify and recruit a high‑performance matchmaker — someone who can source, vet, and deliver pre‑qualified dating matches for a client.

You are not the matchmaker.
You are the scout who finds the matchmaker.

The Role You're Hiring For:

We need a matchmaker who can:

Take a client's profile, photos, and preferences

Source women who match the criteria (looks, income, education, location, etc.)

Confirm genuine interest before sending matches

Deliver results — not opinions, not advice, not endless conversation

This is a performance‑based role. We don't care about credentials — we care about results.

Your Job as Headhunter:

Find 3–5 candidates who fit the above description

Vet them for real experience and proven results

Present only the ones who can deliver

Filter out anyone who talks a big game but has no track record

Candidate Must-Haves:

Proven experience sourcing pre‑vetted matches (not just dating app advice)

Ability to work with specific client criteria

Results‑driven — not theory‑driven

Fast turnaround (first match within 48 hours)

Professional, discreet, and reliable

Deliverables:

Candidate name and contact information

Brief summary of their experience and success rate

Why they are a fit for this specific role

Any supporting evidence (testimonials, case studies, or examples)

Budget: $100 CAD

Payment: Upon delivery of qualified candidates

Timeline: Within 48 hours
