About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and manage partnerships for Nexora.
This role focuses only on partnerships — finding the right people and organizations, building genuine relationships, creating opportunities, and developing long-term collaborations.
This is not a traditional sales or marketing role. We are looking for someone who values relationships, transparency, teamwork, and mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential partners.
Build genuine, long-term relationships.
Develop partnership and collaboration opportunities.
Discuss and negotiate partnership terms.
Manage relationships from the first conversation through ongoing collaboration.
Work closely with the founder and technical team.
Connect partner needs with the right Nexora
capabilities.
Build a strong network of reliable partners.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Is an US and Canada Resident.
Communicates clearly and confidently.
Can build strong professional relationships.
Is comfortable speaking with founders, executives, and technology leaders.
Understands how to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
Is proactive, independent, and responsible.
Values genuine relationships, transparent communication, and teamwork.
Experience in AI, software, data, technology, consulting, or related fields is a plus, but it is not required.
Partnership Focus
Our first priority is AI training.
As our partnerships grow, opportunities may also include:
Full-stack development with LLM & NLP
AI/ML engineering
Data engineering
AI-powered software projects
Long-term technology partnerships
Partnership-Based Compensation
The first 1–2 weeks can be an initial collaboration period to understand the working relationship and overall fit.
After that, the partnership can be based on a 50% revenue share for qualifying partnerships generated through the role. Exact terms will be agreed upon in writing.
As the partnership generates more business and larger opportunities, the potential earnings can grow with the results.
