Head of Growth for Dental Services SEO

Head of Growth – SEO & GEO | Dental / Healthcare

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth – SEO & GEO to own and lead the organic growth strategy of a fast-growing dental clinic group based in Madrid.

Our ambition is to become a leading dental brand in Spain for our key treatments, dominate local search in Madrid, and subsequently build an international SEO & GEO strategy focused on dental tourism and attracting international patients to Madrid.

You will have 360º ownership of the SEO & GEO growth initiative, defining the strategy and driving execution across:

* SEO: achieve top rankings for our highest-value dental treatments in Madrid and across Spain.
* Local SEO: strengthen and dominate visibility around our clinic locations.
* GEO / AI Search: build strong visibility and authority across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and other AI-driven search experiences.
* Authority & Digital PR: generate relevant mentions, links and citations that strengthen both Google and AI visibility.
* International Growth: develop the next phase of our strategy targeting international patients and dental tourism in Madrid.
* Conversion: translate organic visibility and traffic into measurable growth in qualified online appointments.
* Measurement: own KPIs, reporting, experimentation and continuous optimisation.

We are looking for someone who can act as the leader and owner of the initiative, not simply execute isolated SEO tasks: setting priorities, building the roadmap and coordinating content, technical SEO, GEO, PR and any external resources required.

Initial commitment: 6–12 month growth initiative, with the objective of developing into a long-term, always-on collaboration based on results.
