As the Head of Finance, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to executive leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable growth strategies. You will own the enterprise-wide financial health, compliance integrity, and risk governance across financial critical pillars. By embedding capital efficiency, robust internal controls, and scalable financial business partner frameworks into our operations, your leadership will directly protect enterprise value, fuel expansion, and drive sustainable long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic FP&A & Business Growth

Lead the annual budgeting, multi-year financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic capital allocation to support company growth milestones.

Deliver high-impact financial insights, scenario planning, and unit-economic analyses to guide executive decision-making.

2. Accounting & Tax Governance

Oversee financial statement preparation, end-of-month/year closures, and audit processes in accordance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

Design and execute corporate tax strategies, ensuring complete regulatory compliance while optimizing tax positions.

3. Finance Operations & Cash Management

Streamline core operational workflows, including Treasury, AP/AR, and working capital optimization.

Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to prevent financial leakage, enhance accuracy, and automate manual processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.

8–10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams (Finance Ops, FP&A, Accounting, Tax) in FMCG industry or related industry.

Proven experience or strong strategic knowledge in managing financial frameworks, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems implementation (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle), and data analytics tools.

Exceptional commercial acumen, high emotional intelligence, and a track record of driving cross-departmental accountability.
