Handwritten Photos to Editable Text

I have between one and ten photos that show moderately clear handwritten notes. I need each note transcribed with care into clean, editable text. OCR software can speed things up, but manual proofreading is essential so the final copy matches the original wording and punctuation exactly.

Please return:
• A single document (Word, Google Doc, or plain .txt) containing the transcribed text, separated clearly by photo.
• Any words that could not be deciphered flagged for my review.

Accuracy matters more to me than speed, so take the time to double-check each line before delivery.
