Handwritten Notes Transcription to Word

I have a batch of handwritten notes that need to be turned into clean, editable Microsoft Word documents. Every page includes tables and a few simple charts, so the original layout must be recreated rather than typed as plain text. I also need the final files to comply with standard academic formatting rules (margins, font size, paragraph spacing, and captioning for tables/charts).
