Handwritten Notes Transcription & Formatting

I have 5–10 pages of English handwritten notes that need to be transcribed into a Microsoft Word document. Accuracy is essential, but so is presentation—I will provide a brief style guide so you can apply specific formatting for headings, sub-headings, bullet lists, and page breaks as you type. Wherever the handwriting is unclear, flag the word or phrase in a comment rather than guessing.

Deliverables
• One clean, fully formatted .docx file that mirrors my style guide
• A second copy with Track Changes or comments showing any uncertainties

I expect error-free text, consistent formatting, and delivery within two days of accepting the task.
