Your job is straightforward: open each PDF, read the handwriting, and enter the words into Excel exactly as they appear, preserving spelling, line order, and any simple section headings. Please keep the sheet tidy, use consistent font sizing, and leave blank rows exactly where they exist in the source so I can verify layout quickly.

I will share:
