Handwritten Notes to Academic PDF

I have a stack of handwritten notes covering a historical perspective on Physics that I now need converted into a clean, publication-ready PDF. Every page should read like a polished academic manuscript: consistent headings, properly numbered sections, neat equations where they appear, and any quick margin sketches redrawn as clear vector diagrams.

Accuracy is paramount—I want the wording transcribed exactly as written, with spelling and punctuation corrected only where it is obviously a slip of the pen. You may work in LaTeX, Microsoft Word, or any tool you prefer, as long as the final PDF looks professional and I receive an editable source file as well.
