Handwritten Notes into Formatted PDF

I have a set of handwritten notes that I need turned into a clean, professional-looking PDF. Every word must be faithfully transcribed, but the document also has to follow a clear structure: use headings and subheadings where my margins or underlines indicate new sections, and convert my sketched tables and simple charts into neat digital versions.

A straightforward text dump won’t be enough—visual hierarchy matters here so the final PDF reads like a polished report, not raw notes. You’re free to draft in Word, Google Docs, InDesign, or similar, as long as I receive both the finished PDF and an editable source file.

Deliverables

• Editable file (DOCX, IDML, or equivalent) with styles applied for headings/subheadings and properly laid-out tables/charts
