I have a stack of well over 200 handwritten invoices that all need to be transcribed into a single, tidy Excel file. Each row in the spreadsheet should represent one invoice, with columns kept consistent across the entire workbook. Accuracy is critical: numbers must match the originals, dates remain unchanged, and any notes or shorthand on the invoice must be interpreted exactly as written.

You will receive high-resolution scans of the handwritten notes. From there, your job is to:

• Key every data point into the corresponding Excel column
• Preserve the original formatting where practical (e.g., currency symbols, leading zeros)
• Double-check your entries for typos before submission

I will provide the initial template so you know the column order I expect. Once all entries are complete, return the finished .xlsx along with a quick summary of any invoices you found unclear or illegible so I can verify them.

If you’re comfortable reading varied handwriting and have solid Excel skills—especially with data validation and quick error-checking functions—this should be straightforward. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any clarifying questions you have, and we can get started right away.
