Handwritten Image Data Entry

I have a set of images that contain handwritten notes which I need transcribed accurately into Microsoft Word or, where numeric tables appear, into Excel. Every character must be captured exactly as shown and laid out cleanly so the final files are easy to read and ready for immediate use.

Accuracy matters more than speed: spelling, punctuation and line breaks must mirror the source, and any unclear words should be flagged for clarification rather than guessed. Please proof-read your work before sending it back to me.

Deliverables
• A Word document (and, if applicable, an Excel sheet) reflecting the full content of the images, neatly formatted and error-free
• A brief log of any illegible words or uncertainties for my review

Turnaround: once I send the batch, I’d like the completed files returned within the deadline we agree in advance. If this sounds straightforward for you and you have experience with handwritten transcription, I’d be happy to start with a small test page and then move on to the full set.
