Handwritten Forms to Word

I have a batch of handwritten forms, tables, and other structured notes that need to be re-created in Microsoft Word. The goal is to keep every piece of information intact while giving the document a cleaner, more professional layout.

Here is what I am expecting:
• Transcribe all handwritten content into Word, recreating any tables or form fields so they look neat and align properly.
• Preserve original headings, bullet points, and overall structure, but feel free to use consistent fonts, spacing, and margin settings for clarity.
• Correct any obvious spelling or grammar slips you spot in the handwriting, yet leave the author’s wording and tone unchanged.
• Proofread your final file before delivery to be sure it reads smoothly and contains no typos.
