Handwritten Forms to Excel

I have a collection of handwritten forms that must be keyed into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The job is straightforward yet detail-critical: every field on each form needs to appear in the correct column, free of spelling or numerical errors, and formatted consistently so the sheet is ready for immediate analysis.

You will receive high-resolution scans of the forms along with a sample file that shows the required column layout. All I need back is one completed Excel file containing the fully transcribed data.

Accuracy is my main priority, so let me know about any similar form-entry work you have handled before—your experience will help me judge the fit quickly. If you have a proven method for double-checking or validating your entries, feel free to mention it as well.
