Handwritten Data to Spreadsheet

I have a collection of handwritten pages that contain both text and numerical information intermixed on each line. I need every piece of that content transferred into either an Excel file or a Google Sheet—whichever you are most comfortable using—so the final result is fully searchable and ready for analysis.

While the main objective is accurate transcription, I also want basic validation in place: consistent date and number formats, simple range checks where obvious, and a quick scan for blank or duplicate rows so I’m not left chasing avoidable errors later. No need for complex scripting or cross-sheet lookups; just sensible spot-checks as you work.

Once finished, I expect:
• A single spreadsheet containing all entries laid out exactly as they appear in the originals, one row per record.
• Any flagged items or ambiguities noted in a separate tab so I can review them quickly.
