Handwritten Application Form Data Entry

I have a collection of handwritten application forms saved as PDFs that need to be converted into clean, typed data. Each form carries standard applicant details—name, address, contact information, and a few short-answer questions—and I want every field transferred exactly as written into an Excel sheet (or Google Sheet, if you prefer).

The work is strictly data entry for forms, so speed is helpful but accuracy is essential. Some handwriting is crisp, some requires a second look; you’ll need a sharp eye and the patience to double-check spelling and numbers before submitting. I will supply:

• A folder of the PDF files
• A pre-formatted spreadsheet with one row per form and clearly labelled columns

Return the sheet with all fields completed and I will spot-check several records. If totals add up and there are no transcription errors in the sampled entries, the milestone is approved immediately.
