Hand Sketch to 2D/3D CAD

I have a clearly dimensioned, hand-drawn house plan that now needs to live in AutoCAD. Every room size and wall measurement is already on the sketch, so you can work straight from the numbers without guessing.

What I need from you: a clean set of 2D drawings and a matching 3D model that mirror the original layout exactly. I’m flexible on how you receive the source material—I can supply high-resolution photos, a scanned PDF, or another format once we connect and decide what works best.

The finished files should be ready for further design development and easy printing, with layers and line weights organised in a logical, professional way. If you usually add doors, windows, or basic furniture blocks as part of your workflow, feel free to include them so long as they remain true to the measured plan.
