Hand-Drawn Puzzle Illustration Needed

I have a reference image for a new 500 and 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle and I need it redrawn entirely by hand so it is clean, crisp and press-ready. The subject itself is confidential for now; I will send the low-res reference to the illustrator I shortlist and we will work under NDA if required.

Scope & technical specs
• Finished art: 24 × 30 inches at full size
• Preferred format: layered vector (AI, EPS or SVG). If you prefer to work raster, supply 600 DPI layered PSD or TIFF.
• Colour: CMYK for print, RGB for web.
• Final hand-off: ‑ Editable source file
      - Print-ready CMYK PDF or TIFF
      - Web-ready PNG
      - Low-res JPG preview
• Absolutely no logos, brand names or copyrighted elements. All lines and colours must be original—not AI-generated, AI-traced or upscaled. If you use any automation in your workflow, tell me before we start. Full rights to the artwork transfer to my company on final payment.

Workflow
1. Rough pencil/line sketch – I review and approve (up to two revision rounds).
2. Full-colour version – another approval stage (two rounds).
3. Final polished art, files prepared and delivered.

Timeline
The sooner the better; I’m ready to start immediately and would like to see the first sketch as soon as you feasibly can.
