Hand-Drawn Floor Plans Conversion

I need someone to convert 4 hand-drawn floor plans into proper digital floor plans for my use.

Requirements:
- Basic level of detail: walls, doors, windows, and heater positions.
- include kitchen bench sink etc
- include bathroom sink, shower and wc positions.
- Include only main measurements.
- Final output in PDF format.
