Hand-Drawn Cartoon Short Animation

I need a traditionally produced, frame-by-frame 2D cartoon that runs somewhere between one and three minutes. The piece is purely for entertainment, so focus on engaging characters, light-hearted storytelling, and lively motion.

Because authenticity is crucial, please work entirely with hand-crafted assets—no AI-generated artwork, tweened stock libraries, or automated lip-sync tools. You are free to animate in Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, or any comparable professional package, as long as every drawing and effect is created by you.

Here is what I expect at delivery:
• Final video exported in 1920×1080 px, 24 fps, H.264.
• Editable project files with intact layers and timing charts.
• Separate WAV or AIFF tracks for dialogue, music, and SFX if audio is included.
• A short document noting your pipeline (software versions, frame count, color model).

Once I review the rough animatic, we will lock timing; after that, two revision rounds are included to polish keys, in-betweens, and compositing. If this fits your skills and schedule, let’s bring the characters to life!
