Hand Bumper STEP Adjustment

I already have a fully modelled STEP file for a hand-protector bumper that covers the knuckles, four fingers and thumb. All I need is a simple dimensional tweak: every feature that sits above the base plane must be raised uniformly by exactly 1.5 mm.

• Knuckle section – apply a straight, uniform height increase.
• Fingers – lift the existing geometry by the same 1.5 mm while preserving the original contours; no new ribs or textures.
• Thumb – treat it just like the fingers so the whole guard remains visually consistent.

Nothing else in the model should move or distort. When the job is done, send back the updated STEP as well as the editable source file from your preferred CAD package (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, etc.) so I can verify the change.
