Instagram Reels Creator & Videographer Needed for New Gym Launch – Hybrid Fitness, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi

## About the Project
We are launching a new fitness gym, Hybrid Fitness, in Naraina Vihar, New Delhi. We are looking for a creative freelance videographer and video editor who can help us build our Instagram presence from scratch.

Our goal is to create premium-looking, cinematic, engaging fitness content that attracts local customers, builds brand awareness, and generates membership enquiries.

We have a limited marketing budget, so we are looking for an affordable freelancer who can deliver quality work.

Opposite A1 Banquet Hall, Naraina.

The freelancer must be available for on-location shoots at our gym.

## Scope of Work: From Scratch to Final Reels

We want the freelancer to manage the complete video creation process, including:

1. Content Planning
- Suggest creative ideas for our gym launch.
- Plan a content strategy for Instagram Reels.
- Recommend video concepts, trending audio, transitions, and shooting styles.
- Create a simple shooting plan before visiting the gym.

2. On-Location Video Shooting
- Shoot the gym from different angles.
- Capture the entrance, reception, interiors, mirrors, lighting, flooring, and gym equipment.
- Create cinematic walkthrough videos.
- Capture close-up shots of machines, dumbbells, and other equipment.
- Shoot the gym transformation from an empty space to a fully equipped fitness centre.
- Capture workout demonstrations and trainer-led content when available.
- Create videos highlighting the gym's premium look and atmosphere.

3. Professional Video Editing
- Edit footage into engaging Instagram Reels.
- Add cinematic transitions, speed ramps, and smooth camera movements where appropriate.
- Add suitable music, sound effects, text overlays, and captions.
- Add Hybrid Fitness branding, logo, and contact details.
- Use professional colour correction and modern editing styles.
- Format videos vertically in 9:16 for Instagram Reels.
- Deliver high-quality, ready-to-post videos.

4. Instagram Launch Content
We want creative Reels covering:
- Gym opening soon announcement.
- Cinematic gym tour.
- Gym interior and equipment showcase.
- Behind-the-scenes setup and transformation.
- Membership pre-booking promotion.
- Gym location and how to reach us.
- Fitness motivation and workout content.
- Grand opening announcement.

5. Creative Direction
We want a modern, energetic, premium-looking gym aesthetic that appeals to young people and fitness enthusiasts.

The videos should look professional, engaging, and suitable for Instagram. We do not want basic slideshow videos or ordinary mobile footage without proper editing.

## Initial Deliverables
Please quote for the following:
- One initial on-location shoot.
- 4–5 fully edited Instagram Reels.
- Professional music, transitions, text, and branding.
- Revisions to correct reasonable editing issues.
- Final videos ready to upload to Instagram.

Please also share your pricing for a monthly package of 8–12 Reels if the initial work goes well.

## Budget
We are a new gym and are working with a limited marketing budget.

We prefer freelancers who can offer an affordable package without compromising on creativity and editing quality.

Please mention your price clearly, including shooting, editing, travel, and any additional charges.

## Preferred Freelancer
- Based in Naraina, Naraina Vihar, Rajouri Garden, Punjabi Bagh, or nearby West Delhi areas.
- Experienced in Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Familiar with fitness, gym, lifestyle, or commercial video shoots.
- Capable of shooting and editing independently.
- Creative, reliable, and comfortable working with a small business.
- Able to suggest ideas instead of simply following instructions.
