Gym Membership Website with Online Payments

I need a clean, responsive site that lets future members join my gym in a few clicks. Visitors pick the membership that suits them, fill out their details, and pay—all without leaving the site.

The sign-up flow must capture:
• basic contact information plus one emergency contact
• a short health questionnaire and a space for their fitness goals

Payments must run through a secure, PCI-compliant gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or similar). Users choose between a monthly recurring plan or a single up-front payment; on success, the system activates the membership automatically and emails a receipt.

Branding assets, color codes, and copy are ready to hand over. Beyond the public pages, I need a lightweight admin area where I can:
• view and export member data
• track active subscriptions and fixed-term memberships
• pause or cancel accounts manually when required
