I am a manufacturer/supplier sending complimentary product samples to plumbing and hardware trade businesses in Gujarat. I need a manually researched directory of 5,000+ trade businesses, using publicly listed business information only.

The project runs in two stages:

Trial batch of 50-100 entries. I review it for quality.
Full directory of 5,000+ entries if the trial is approved.
What to Research

Businesses in these trades across Gujarat: plumbing material and pipe and fitting dealers, hardware stores, sanitaryware dealers, industrial and engineering suppliers, valve and pump dealers, building material suppliers, electrical and hardware dealers, and water treatment dealers.

Priority cities: Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Morbi, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, Anand, Mehsana, Bharuch, Vapi, Ankleshwar, Nadiad and Junagadh.

Information per Business

Business name, business type (wholesaler, distributor, dealer or retailer), product category, full business address with pincode, city and district, business contact number as publicly listed, website or map link, and source. Business email and contact person name are optional, only if publicly displayed.

Rules
Manual research only. No bots, scrapers, automated tools or purchased or resold databases.
Business information only. No personal or private data and no personal social media profiles.
Use only public sources, such as business websites, manually browsed map listings, trade association member lists and published trade directories.
No duplicates, and only currently operating businesses.
The address must be complete enough for courier delivery.

Deliverable

One clean Excel (.xlsx) file, delivered in batches of 5,000 entries.
