I’m spearheading our organisation’s move to full UAE FTA e-invoicing compliance and need a consultant who has already rolled out PEPPOL in practice. The immediate focus is on two areas: setting up and operating a certified PEPPOL Access Point and navigating the Memberships side (SMP registration, agreements, ongoing conformance).
Our existing architecture is cloud-based and we are comfortable integrating new components, yet we want a seasoned eye to validate choices, flag hidden pitfalls and lay down a step-by-step blueprint that meets both the 5-corner model mandated by the FTA and international best practice.
You’ll be asked to:
• Review my current design and documents, pinpoint any gaps against PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 / UBL 2.1 and UAE localisation rules.
• Advise on Access Point certification, connectivity testing, security controls (ISO 27001 alignment is appreciated) and the paperwork around PEPPOL Memberships.
• Supply a concise validation matrix covering invoice structure, mandatory fields, and error handling so our ASP can build automated checks.
• Provide a short hand-over session (recorded call or written hand-off) so my internal team can maintain compliance once the project closes.
Deliverables are considered complete when the gap analysis, implementation roadmap, validation matrix and knowledge-transfer material are all approved on my side.
If you have handled similar PEPPOL deployments—especially in the GCC or with strict ISO compliance—share a brief summary of the project and your specific role; I’ll use that to shortlist quickly.
