I run two sister properties—MSM Diamond Guest House lk—where every room is priced at a flat US $50. My priority is to fill those rooms with a reliable flow of overseas travelers, and I need a travel-trade expert who can make that happen.

Here’s what the assignment entails:

• Sourcing international guests
• Negotiating deals with travel agencies
• Establishing long-term partnerships

Your existing B2B network should already reach agencies and wholesalers in North America, Europe, and Asia, because these are the regions I want to tap first. I prefer bookings to come through those agencies rather than through my website or generic online travel platforms; therefore, closing allotment contracts, crafting special net rates, or arranging commission structures that make our US $50 rate attractive in your markets will be central to the job.

My role will be to provide up-to-date room inventories, high-resolution media, and any destination information you require. Your role is to deliver confirmed reservations and, over time, to cement repeat business by locking in agreements with key partners—whether they are outbound tour operators, group series planners, or niche travel companies.

Success will be measured by:

• First confirmed agency booking within 30 days
• At least two signed partnership or allotment agreements within 60 days
• A steady monthly booking pipeline that keeps occupancy above baseline targets we will set together

If you already work with booking engines, global distribution systems, or travel-affiliate platforms, feel free to integrate the properties there as long as agency relationships remain front and center.

Let’s turn these rooms into a year-round favorite for international guests while building lasting cooperative ties across the travel trade.
