I am ready to place regular clothing orders in Guangzhou and need a local partner who can handle the entire on-site process for me. Your job starts with finding reliable garment suppliers in the city, negotiating prices in Mandarin or Cantonese, and securing samples that match my style and fabric requirements. Once we move to bulk production, I rely on you to supervise every step—confirm trims and labeling, monitor lead times, and keep me updated through WeChat with photos and short videos.

Because I am not in China, quality inspection is critical. I need you to run a detailed AQL-style check before any payment is released to the factory. That includes measuring random pieces against the size chart, verifying stitching, color fastness, and packing standards, then providing a concise inspection report with images.

After the goods pass inspection, please manage domestic logistics to my chosen freight forwarder or, if you have a better shipping solution, let me know the options and costs. Clear communication in English is essential throughout the process.

This project is open only to freelancers who are physically based in Guangzhou and can visit factories or wholesale markets on short notice. If you already have relationships with women’s, men’s, or children’s apparel manufacturers, highlight that when you reply.
