Guangzhou Business Meeting Interpreter Needed

I will be in Guangzhou for a series of face-to-face business meetings and need an experienced interpreter to sit beside me and provide consecutive interpretation throughout each session. The conversations will involve product specifications, pricing, and general negotiation points, so clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive relay of information is critical.

Only consecutive interpretation is required—no simultaneous booth work or document translation at this stage—yet familiarity with those disciplines would show helpful versatility. Meetings will take place in offices and factory showrooms over one to two full business days; timing will be confirmed once we finalise my itinerary.

To succeed in this role you should:
• Be fully fluent in both languages used at the table and able to switch smoothly in a business context.
• Have prior experience interpreting for negotiations, factory visits, or similar commercial settings in Guangzhou.
• Be punctual, professionally dressed, and comfortable guiding me through local protocols when needed.

Deliverable: on-site consecutive interpretation for all scheduled meetings, ensuring every participant leaves with an accurate understanding of the discussion.
