Growth & Lead Gen Virtual Assistant Needed

I’m looking for a long-term part-time Growth & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support two U.S.-based businesses: BlackFrameAI, an AI advertising/content company, and Official Legendz, a streetwear clothing brand.

Approximately 20 hours per week.

Main responsibilities:

• Research small U.S. businesses that could benefit from advertising, short-form video, AI content, and social-media services
• Find and verify business owners and decision-makers
• Collect emails, phone numbers, websites, and social-media profiles
• Build and maintain organized lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM systems
• Identify specific marketing weaknesses and opportunities for each prospect
• Assist with approved outreach and follow-ups
• Research streetwear/fashion influencers, UGC creators, boutiques, retailers, brand ambassadors, and collaboration opportunities for Official Legendz
• Evaluate influencer engagement, audience fit, and brand relevance
• Help organize outreach and follow-up activity for both companies

Preferred skills:

• Lead generation
• Online research
• Google Sheets / Excel
• LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Google Maps
• Instagram and Facebook research
• CRM experience
• Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, RocketReach, HubSpot, or similar tools are a plus
• ChatGPT or other AI-tool experience is a plus
