We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Growth Specialist or E-Commerce Agency to manage and grow Vinyl Record Vault, an online vinyl record store serving customers across India.

This is intended to be an ongoing monthly engagement, with the primary objective of increasing online sales and building a scalable e-commerce growth strategy.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who can take ownership of the e-commerce growth side of the business, including:

- Developing and executing an overall e-commerce growth strategy
- Increasing online sales and improving monthly revenue
- Managing and optimising Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Improving website conversion rates and the customer purchase journey
- Identifying opportunities to improve product pages, categories, collections and merchandising
- Planning promotions, offers, bundles and campaigns
- Developing strategies for abandoned carts, repeat purchases and customer retention
- Email/WhatsApp marketing strategy where appropriate
- Analysing sales, traffic, conversion and advertising performance
- Identifying best-selling products and opportunities to increase average order value
- Providing clear monthly reporting and recommendations

About the Business

Vinyl Record Vault is an Indian e-commerce business specialising in vinyl records, including international releases across rock, pop, jazz, classical, soundtracks and other genres.

We have a large and growing catalogue and want to significantly expand our online sales across India.

We are looking for someone who understands that selling vinyl records is different from selling generic e-commerce products. Audience targeting, music interests, catalogue discovery, remarketing and repeat purchasing are particularly important to us.

Ideal Candidate / Agency

You should have:

- Proven experience growing e-commerce businesses
- Strong knowledge of the Indian e-commerce market
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Good understanding of GA4, Meta Pixel and e-commerce tracking
- Experience with remarketing and customer retention
- Ability to analyse data and make commercial decisions
- A strong focus on sales and ROAS rather than vanity metrics

Experience working with music, entertainment, collectibles, luxury products, hobby products or niche e-commerce brands would be a major advantage.

Budget

₹50,000–₹60,000 INR per month

This is our budget for the specialist/agency engagement. Advertising spend will be separate and can be discussed based on the proposed strategy.

We are looking for a long-term relationship if the engagement delivers results.
